The Wish-Ender quest and the Malfeasance quest went live. To obtain the Malfeasance is random when your primevil becomes the boss names Malfeasance and it drops the quest.
The wish-ender only comes every 3 weeks so better get grinding but to get it go under the blind well and go to the shattered throne aka the dungeon it is a secret quest. Then go to the Tangled Shore in the Four Horn Gulch and do that mission after that you get tokens then do the shattered throne mission again but this time find the orbs put them on the statues and summon the boss do that within the three bosses and kill them and finish the mission as usual and you get the wish-ender bow.
